Our Team

Carter L. Lewis – President
Carter has been working in this industry practically since he could walk. He grew up within his parents’ business and began working while still in high school. Carter lives and breathes his trade. He has completed projects of every size and complexity from residential septic tanks through multi-phase residential developments and large industrial complexes. In addition to his role as President of the company, Carter also manages all ongoing projects in Charlotte and the western part of the service area.

Melissa Lewis – Vice President
Melissa “Missy” Lewis has been with the company for eight years after a career in the banking industry. Missy oversees the accounting, payroll, and administrative functions in the office and is a key player in the growth and success of the company.

Anthony Davis – Project Manager
Anthony began his career at Jimmy Lewis & Sons as a laborer at the age of 16 working summers during high school. He has filled many roles within the company over the years, having recently moved into a role as our primary Project Manager, and oversees all projects local to the Roxboro area.

Chris Lewis – Equipment/Field Manager
Chris has been working with Jimmy Lewis and Sons since 1997. Chris manages trucking and equipment operations in addition to making sure Carter and Anthony have the manpower they need when they need it. Chris is responsible for keeping the entire fleet maintained and in compliance with DOT requirements.

Aimee Roke – Project Coordinator
Aimee is the newest addition to the team. She has experience in many areas of Construction Project Administration spanning a career that began at the front desk of a low-voltage electrical contractor in 1999. She has been involved in dozens of projects of varying sizes in every stage of construction. This experience helps Aimee keep the entire Team coordinated, supported, and moving forward behind the scenes.
