Duke University in Durham approached us about the demolition of an old 1800 square foot home that was no longer needed on their campus. The property had become an eyesore and a safety hazard, and the school wanted to remove the structure and create a green space for the benefit of the environment and the enjoyment of the students. We were able to remove the property quickly, safely, and completely.
